how to make money without a job + giveaway!!!

As a student, money can be a liiittle tight at times, and without a job..even tighter! I like to think of myself as quite good with money, and I like to always have money coming into my account but without a job in Newcastle at the moment, this can be quite difficult so I thought I would share my ways of making an extra quid or 3..

1 - Survey Sites - A great way of making extra money, especially if signed up to a couple! Some offer vouchers for every £10 you earn and some offer you genuine cash which soon adds up and isn't bad for taking 3 or 4 surveys a week, when chilling in bed etc..
I'm signed upto..
- Valued Opinions - Offers between 50p-£5 for their surveys - I think the most I've ever gotten for a survey though was £2.50. Your balance builds up fairly quickly and at £10 you can choose a voucher from a variety of different brand such as Boots, Topshop, River Island, Sainsburys and many more.. I get a voucher every 6-8 weeks so it's not a crazy amount but very helpful when you do receive them, especially when you've made little to no effort to get it!

- YouGov - This site takes the longest time out of the ones I do to get a reward but it's the biggest by far! Some people build theirs up really quickly but it's taken me about 6 months to build up 5000 points which I have just cashed in to get a whopping £50!

- Panelbase - They pay £3 JUST for signing up to the site! Offers money rewards for each survey taken, which consist of payments between 50-£3 and sends out surveys fairly frequently! You can cash out at £10.

- SpringboardUK - I've only just joined this one but it's pretty similar to Panelbase although with this one you have to wait until you reach '25 Survey cash'(£25) to cash it out.

You do get screened out of some surveys and some do take quite a while, but for minimal effort, it's a great way of making money!

2. Qmee - I heard about this through a student website and it's basically a completely safe add on to your computer, which, when you search for certain things, comes up with 4 or 5 suggestions of websites for you and if it is what you are looking for, click on it and per click you receive 9p, which doesn't sound a huge amount but when you think about how often you google something, it soon adds up and it absolutely no effort whatsoever. You can cash out whenever you want to, whether that be 50p or £50 and is just a simple and easy way to make extra ££! It doesn't give results for every single google search FYI and it's mostly for when you are searching items to buy - paid for online shopping = win!!

GIVEAWAY - If you join Qmee, they are giving away 10 cute little keyrings to say thank you! All you need to do is follow my blog on Bloglovin and GFC and have signed up to Qmee, and you could win! Alongside this I am giving away a £10 Flexecode voucher!

3. Cash4Clothes - Got a bulging wardrobe that needs sorting out? Instead of simply donating them directly to a charity shop, take them into a Cash4Clothes near you, and you get paid £5 per 10kg(basically a bin bag full) and they then distribute the clothes out to certain charities etc!

4. VoucherCodes and UniDays - Both of these websites have such great offers and discounts that if you are ever going out to eat or shop somewhere, check them because they will most likely have offers on them! Another great website for cheap deals/money off is Student Beans!

a Rafflecopter giveaway I hope this post was useful to you and you have picked up some ideas on how to make a bit of money - every little helps!

Good luck in the giveaway!

P.S Qmee are giving away 10 KEYRINGS however I am only giving out 1 VOUCHER which will be given to the person that Rafflecopter picks at random! Everyone else's name will be put into a random selector and 9 names will be drawn out to win a cute little keyring - hope that makes it a little clearer!!

  1. YouGov has to be my favorite that you mentioned, they seem the most insightful survey's to complete to be honest and the more surveys you do I think you get more to complete.
