RECIPE | Seafood & Veg Pasta Bake

I try to make an effort to eat quite healthy, mainly to counteract my daily chocolate intake(less said about that the better), but also because I hate after you've eaten a fat, salt and carb ridden meal, you get that stodgy, gross and heavy feeling - not nice at all, and as geeky as it sounds, I actually enjoy cooking/eating healthy meals! So today, I thought I would share a really easy, quick and cheap meal that can serve at least 4 people, or if you're like me and a student only cooking for themselves, it's ideal to whack in a pot and can be eaten for days afterwards..

 Ingredients - -
- Seafood selection(£2 from Morrisons) or any fish of your choice
- Spinach leaves
- Carrots
- Pasta
- Caesar dressing

1. Boil the pasta as you would do normally in a pan(I put in about a 1/3 of the packet; likewise with the carrots.

2. Pour the pasta, seafood, carrots and then half a pack of spinach leaves into the dish and mix together.

3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pasta, and you can then either pop it into the oven for about 10mins, so the cheese melts and the food is hot throughout or on a warm summer day, I actually just poured the Caesar dressing on top and served it cold. 

 4. And voila! In about 10 minutes you've created a dish with minimal effort but maximum taste!

So simple, so easy, so cheap and is also pretty healthy too!
